VIAGRA (Sildenafil) PRECAUTIONS:
Before using VIAGRA, inform your doctor of your complete medical history, including:
allergies (especially drug allergies), penis conditions such as fibrosis/scarring (e.g., Peyronie's disease), history of painful/prolonged erection (priapism), sickle cell anemia, blood system cancers (such as leukemia or myeloma), eye problems (retina diseases), kidney or liver disease, bleeding disorders, active stomach ulcers, heart disease, stroke, very high or low blood pressure. Limit alcohol intake, as it may aggravate side effects of this drug. Since VIAGRA may cause dizziness, caution is advised when performing tasks requiring alertness (e.g., driving). To avoid dizziness and lightheadedness when rising from a seated or lying position, get up slowly. VIAGRA is not to be used in women or children. The elderly may be more sensitive to the side effects of this drug, therefore caution is advised in this group.

DRUG INTERACTIONS:
Inform your doctor of all nonprescription and prescription medication you may use, especially of:
nitrate medications (e.g., nitroglycerin, isosorbide dinitrate), nitroprusside (any "nitric oxide donor" medicines), cimetidine, erythromycin, azole antifungals (e.g., itraconazole, ketoconazole), mibefradil, rifamycins (e.g., rifampin), high blood pressure medicines, certain HIV protease inhibitors (such as saquinavir, ritonavir, amprenavir). What is the most important information I should know about aspirin?

Take aspirin with milk, food, or an antacid to lessen stomach upset. Enteric-coated aspirin is specially formulated to be gentle on the stomach. Enteric-coated aspirin can be, but does not have to be, taken with milk or food. Enteric-coated aspirin should not be taken with an antacid. Do not break, chew, or crush the enteric-coated tablets. These have a special coating to protect the stomach. Swallow them whole. Avoid alcohol or use it in moderation while taking aspirin. Together, alcohol and aspirin can be damaging to the stomach. If you drink more than three alcoholic beverages a day, talk to your doctor before taking aspirin.

Aspirin , acetylsalicylic acid, a drug used to reduce fever, relieve pain, and reduce swelling or inflammation.

-CAUTION:  Bleeding disorders, peptic ulcer, pregnancy, the use of anticlotting drugs, or known allergy prohibits its use.

-ADVERSE EFFECTS:  Among the most serious adverse reactions are stomach and intestinal problems (ulcers, bleeding). Use of large doses over a long time can cause blood clotting defects and liver and kidney damage. Reye's syndrome in children may be caused by aspirin. Some asthmalike and other allergic reactions are seen occasionally. Ringing in the ears (tinnitus) and stomach discomfort (dyspepsia) are the most common side effects.

•Azmacort will not stop an asthma attack that has already started. It is used to prevent attacks.

Do not use more of this medication than is prescribed for you. Too much may cause serious side effects.

Use Azmacort on a regular basis for best results. It may take several weeks to get the maximum effect of this medication.

It is very important that you use the triamcinolone inhaler properly, so that the medicine gets into your lungs. You doctor may want you to use a spacer with the inhaler. Talk to your doctor about proper inhaler use.

Seek medical attention if you notice that you require more than your usual or more than the maximum amount of any asthma medication in a 24-hour period. An increased need for medication could be an early sign of a serious asthma attack.

Contact your doctor immediately if you experience unexplained muscle pain, tenderness, or weakness, especially if accompanied by a fever or flulike symptoms or yellowing of the skin or eyes, abdominal pain, unexplained fatigue, dark colored urine or pale colored stools. These may be early symptoms of muscle or liver problems. Do not take Lipitor without first talking to your doctor if you have liver disease. Alcohol and Lipitor can both be damaging to the liver. Alcohol should be used only in moderation. Discuss the use of alcohol with your doctor so that the potential for liver problems can be determined. Do not take Lipitor if you are pregnant, could become pregnant during treatment, or if you are breast-feeding a baby.

Fluocinolone Topical

Fluocinolone is a topical steroid. It reduces or inhibits the actions of chemicals in the body that cause inflammation, redness, and swelling.

Fluocinolone is used to treat inflammation caused by a number of conditions such as allergic reactions, eczema, and psoriasis.

Fluocinolone topical may also be used for purposes other than those listed in this medication guide.

Return to your doctor if the condition does not improve or if it gets worse. Fluocinolone topical alone will not treat the condition if it is an infection.

Who should NOT use Fluocinolone Topical 


Fluocinolone topical is in the FDA pregnancy category C. This means that it is not known whether fluocinolone topical will be harmful to an unborn baby. Do not use this medication without first talking to your doctor if you are pregnant or could become pregnant during treatment. If it is necessary to use fluocinolone during pregnancy, the smallest amount possible should be applied, for the shortest time necessary to treat the condition, under the supervision of a doctor.

It is not known whether fluocinolone passes into breast milk. Do not use fluocinolone topical without first talking to your doctor if you are breast-feeding a baby.

Do not use fluocinolone topical to treat a child, unless it is prescribed by a doctor for the child. Children are more sensitive to the effects of fluocinolone topical....
